Clear rules for using SkyHostic

1. Overview

These Terms of Service set forth the general terms of your use of this website (“Site”) and products and services purchased or accessed through it (“Services”).

The Terms and documents they reference form an Agreement between SkyHostic and you, effective on the earlier of your use of the Site or electronic acceptance. “You” means any individual or entity who accepts the Agreement, has an Account, or uses the Services.

2. Applicable terms

Use is also governed by policies incorporated by reference, including Hosting Agreement, Domain Registration Agreement, Referral Program Agreement, Expired Registration Recovery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum (if applicable).

We may update Terms effective on posting; material changes may be emailed. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility & sanctions

• You are at least 18 and can form binding contracts
• You are not barred from receiving Services under applicable law
• You comply with sanctions — no use from / for sanctioned regions or parties
• If acting for a company, you have authority to bind it

Violation may result in immediate termination.

4. Account & management

Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may request verification and suspend unverifiable accounts.

You are responsible for Account activity: use strong passwords and 2FA, keep credentials confidential, verify communications, and notify us of unauthorized access. Sharing access with another customer makes you responsible for their actions.

5. Availability & beta

The Site may be unavailable for maintenance or factors beyond our control. Beta services are “as is” and may change or end at any time.

6. Rules of conduct

• Use Services for lawful commercial or professional purposes
• Do not harvest private information without consent
• No illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful conduct (spam, hacking, malware)
• Back up Customer Content — you own that responsibility
• Do not resell Services or misuse APIs

7. Customer content & feedback

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant SkyHostic a limited license to operate and promote Services. Feedback may be used without compensation.

8. Third-party links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site. Use them at your own risk.

9. Fees, payments & auto-renewal

Fees are due upfront unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes you owe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless disabled. Failure to pay may suspend or terminate Services. Administrative fees may apply.
