New registrations follow registry rules. Refunds generally require request within 96 hours and no other domain refund in the past 24 hours. Many ccTLDs disallow refunds (including .ai, .be, .ca, .de, .es, .fr, .it, .nl, .uk, .us, .pk, .ae).
Transfer fees refundable only if the transfer fails and requested within 30 days.
Free domains / promo bundles are non-refundable. Canceling hosting in-window may deduct retail domain value from the refund.

Filing a chargeback breaches obligations. We may suspend/terminate the account, revoke services, and block future card purchases. Restoration requires verification and settlement including penalties. Fraudulent chargebacks can mean permanent termination.
Refunds are for evaluation — not misuse. Excessive or patterned abuse may lead to denial of future refunds at our discretion.
